Will I be blacklisted if I transfer from a graduate school after attending a year with fellowship?

I received a fellowship for graduate studies and plan to take a year of classes. I would like to transfer to a better school next fall. Will I be blacklisted for accepting the fellowship money only to transfer?
Just to clarify; PhD fellowship at a top 20 science school.
