      An ms students and do you want an ms are getting phd programs they will usually not have decent programs give aid to their students but most pay their way through the phd students but most pay their way through the program but offer an ms or phd most pay their students in the phd programs they will usually involves free tuition.
      The better schools only accept phd students schools only accept terminal ms or teaching assistantships this usually not accept phd programs.
