		<description>Early decision means that you will know earlier if you are accepted or not, it also means that you are indicating that you will definitely go to that school if you are accepted.  
Regular means you will not know if you are accepted or not for a few more months than if you had applied early decision.  Also, if you do regular decision, you are not as "bound" to that school.</description>
