starfishblues asked:

I just finished my first semester of graduate school. (MPA degree) I took 3 classes and I got an A, a B+, and a C+. These are good enough to keep me in the program but I feel like they’re not stellar. I’m considering going on to get another Master’s degree or a PhD after I graduate and I’m just wondering how my grades will compare to other applicants.

Thanks.

Vicki

A C+ is not good, but if you do well from now on, you should be OK. This is a professional degree, and any work/intern/research experience will help you as much as good grades. Take classes you enjoy next semester and you will get back on track.
