What are some good psychology back up graduate schools?

Im a Psychology B.S. major. Im still a sophomore so i have a way to go till graduate school but i was wondering what are some easy graduate schools to get into. I already have an idea of schools i want to get into and also dreams schools but I need to figure out some good back up schools. Schools in Texas and neighboring states would be best and preferably public universities (since they are cheaper to attend).
also i don’t want any online degrees. I want a hands on experience where i can do research, make publications, and and have physical interactions with people that can influence my future. This means a physical campus.
