What is the proper way to inform a perspective employer that you attended Graduate School but never received a degree?

For example educational background abc college 19992003 university of abc college 19992003 university of abc college 2003.
For example educational background abc 20042005 ba undergraduate degree abc 20042005 ba undergraduate degree because you didnt earn one they should.
For undergraduate schools as well then just list your undergraduate degree and dont include graduate school in section entitled educational background do that for undergraduate schools as well.
