maybe have a section called “Relevent Post-Graduate Courses” and just don’t mention anything else.

For example educational background abc college 19992003 university of abc college 19992003 university of abc college 2003.

For undergraduate schools as well then just list your undergraduate degree and dont include graduate school in section entitled educational background do that for undergraduate schools as well.
