How do you decide what to do for graduate school?

I have a BSc in Psychology and I am intending to go to graduate school. However, I have a hard time deciding if I should do Masters in a similar field, as I am not really good at statistics.
What are the options, and how does one decide what field to go into?
Is an extensive amount of research needed, on schools and etc?
How do you know which schools offer most suitable programs for yourself?

      For what they do first have you thought about school psychology which is mostly diagnosing students with learning disabilities or speech pathology.
