How do I write a stellar essay to go back to graduate school to become a nurse practitioner?

I have been an RN for 8 years and would like to go back to graduate school. I would like to study to be a family nurse practitioner. I live in a very rural area where health care resources are limited to a growing elderly population. I would like to study to become a primary care provider, but also potentionally to become qualified to eduate new nursing students at a local University that has also shown need for additional nursing faculty. I have written an essay, but question if it will sell me to a graduate school for acceptance.

      You can teach nurses without going to MD school.
