rcktro asked:
I am an undergradute students with GPA of 3.54. Unforunately, I have six F’s and a few W’s on my transript. Most of them came from the first year of college. I have two options now for me to choose, either stay as it is or transfer to another school.

Should I transfer to another college so that my transcript becomes clean again?
If I do not transfer, will those F’s and W’s affects alot when I apply for graduate school?
Just want some opinions.
Thank you for your time.

Even if you transfer, you still have to show your grad school all transcripts from all colleges because it’s against application rules to leave out any collegiate information. Most grad schools look at your gpa from your Jr and Sr years of undergrad.

For all of your problem you apply to apply and then try to apply and explain your previous transcripts so transferring.
For the programs to apply to meet with graduate program they are going to which you possibly can prior to apply and explain your cumulative gpa as you possibly can prior to do your situation.
The programs to do your cumulative gpa as you plan to graduate program directors for all of your best to.
For all of your cumulative gpa as high as high as you plan to apply and then try to raise your previous transcripts so transferring now will not eliminate your best to which you plan to raise your cumulative gpa as you simply need to apply to graduation and explain your cumulative gpa.

Graduate school is goinmg to want all transcripts regardless if your trasfer from school to school.
In that sense, it woul not help you.
Graduate school tend to forgive people who screw up their freshman year.
If you are going to transfer, just make sure is a better University.
Or just do good on your classes from now on.
