As far as your tutoring and temporary teaching after high school is concerned you should not provide this in your application, but instead you can add this up during interview to elaborate your skills and capabilities. But you should include the 2-month internship at a research center for your undergraduate degree, since that is related academically and with a certified proof as well, I suppose.
