Can I major in a different subject in graduate school than I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in?

If I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, can I apply to graduate schools for Computer Science? Generally speaking, do graduate schools care if you apply for a graduate major in a field slightly different than what you studied in undergraduate school?
